Earn one membership reward point for virtually every dollar you spend when you present your membership card at any of our restaurants. For every 200 points you earn we will reward you with $10 toward your
purchases. Redeem points for delectable food, tantalizing drinks, or merchandise.

The Rules...  
You must present  your membership card each time you purchase from Thirsty Perch Grille or Tello Italian Bistro. The Lakeshore Culinary Cash Card holds no cash value. Points may not be earned in conjunction with any other offers. Membership and rewards points are non-transferable.  Lost or stolen cards will be replaced for $5.00.  Lost or stolen coupons and reward certificates will not be reprinted. Any refund amount(s) will be deducted from  your reward point balance. Employees and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Lakeshore Culinary Cash Club program. Lakeshore Dining Restaurants will not sell or rent your name, address, phone number, or any other personal information to any other organization  or company. Lakeshore Dining Restaurants may terminate or modify the program at any time.  If terminated all rewards will be voided. Rewards are non-transferable. Your Culinary Cash Club Card is not a charge, debit, or credit card. If your membership is inactive for a period of 9 months, your account will be removed from the program and all points will be voided.
